Rain...rain and more rain

Lots of rain this week. Sun breaks too. Very humid ….ugh. I hope your week is going well. If you look at the droplets you will see the overcast sky, and grassy field….inverted of course.

Below is a pix of the cat kibbles donated to my cat colony from a very kind hearted Flickr cat lover. Thank you.

2. Keiko is guarding the 30 lbs of cat kibbles that arrived the other day. A very generous flickr friend donated the food to my feral cat colony. I feel so blessed to know such generous people thru Flickr. DSC_2979

First of all, super gorgeous and excellent water drops. I love that image. It rained all day in Toronto also and was rather chilly but it's getting hot and humid for the week-end. I would like to say that great minds think alike as I, also, photographed some water droplets on a stem - which, upon seeing yours, I just transferred to the trash bin. Ugh. Totally skillful work, Rebecca. Second of all, Keiko is just too funny guarding all that cat kibble and the look on her face is priceless. What a wonderful and generous person to have done that for you and four feline friends. Thirdly, I hope you and your husband had a wonderful anniversary day despite the rain.

I didn't realize that the appropriate anniversary gift was kibbles. I guess those things change with the times and I'm behind the curve there. Congratulations and hope you're celebrating well. Maybe even with something better than kibbles.

Happy Anniversary and sorry you still have the rains and I don't like humid weather. It looks like our weather could change to this but hope they are wrong. Superb photos and love the droplets and Keiko guarding the boxes of cat food for the stray cats. Wonderful gift!

Beautiful depiction of this chronic weather situation. We are so wet here that I have giant mushrooms in my backyard--a first in the years I have lived here. Plus we had a Cougar wandering around in downtown Walla Walla last week--absolutely nothing is normal in the world today.

[http://www.flickr.com/photos/dpb61/] Thanks for noticing the writings on the boxes. I didn't even notice until I took the pics and uploaded. Yes, our anniversary was very nice. We didn't do much....can't travel or go away for over nighters because we don't like leaving our cats.

Two lovely shots of Keiko with the very generous gift of food for the cats you help, Rebecca. Hope you had a lovely Anniversary celebration - in my eyes, simple is always the best : ) Time together is precious - and a nice meal always a bonus, if that's what you did : ) Lovely waterdrops on a diagonal stem. I haven't had time to even think about waterdops for a while, LOL.
