Certificate of Merit, 1916

This side of the certificate lists the subjects studied, together with comments on the pupil's attainment. Subjects include The Empire, Nature Study, Drill, Singing and several subjects under a general heading Household Management. These subjects were considered suitable for female pupils. The pupil's name and school appear on the front of the certificate.
