Burgess brooch

This brooch is based on the seal of the burgh of Dunbar. As far as we know this item is unique. It was created for Mrs Baird of Cambusdoon by the Town Council of Dunbar. She had donated money to pay for a new clifftop promenade west of the town and was made a free burgess in return.
